| 英文描述 | Idiopathic systemic granulomatous disease in horses is characterized by noncaseating granulomas in many body systems; the cause is unknown. In some cases only the skin is affected; dermatitis usually begins on the face and limbs and can spread to a generalized exfoliative dermatitis. Several horses have been described with idiopathic granulomatous interstitial pneumonia causing respiratory difficulty with or without skin lesions. Signs of systemic illness sometimes develop. |
