| 英文描述 | Equine stromal keratitis is characterized by a slow insidious course, a unilateral lesion, progressive development of focal cloudy densities in the corneal stroma, subtle neovascularization, an absence of epithelial erosion or loss, and mild ocular pain (Rebhun). Corneal erosion only occurs in advanced cases; hypopyon has not been observed. Horses can have detectable lesions for months or years that respond to treatment then recur. |
