| 英文描述 | Horses and mules were described which had congenital unilateral or bilateral hypoplasia of the distal phalanx. Unilateral hypoplasia might be accompanied by hypoplasia of the ipsilateral middle phalanx and hypoplasia or agenesis of the ipsilateral navicular bone. The affected hoof is smaller than the normal hooves and the animal may walk on the dorsal or lateral hoof wall. Radiography shows the severe hypoplasia of the phalanx. |
