| 英文描述 | Hemolytic-uremic syndrome is characterized by acute renal failure in association with microangiopathic hemolytic anemia, thrombocytopenia, and disseminated intravascular coagulation. The cause and pathogenesis are unknown. Arteriolar microangiography is seen at necropsy. This syndrome has been described in horses, but is very rare. |
