| 英文描述 | Synovial hernia is a rare condition in which a segment of synovium herniates through a defect in a fibrous sheath of a joint capsule or tendon sheath. Usually appears as a discrete swelling over or under the tendon, or over a joint. Swelling might worsen with exercise and disappear with rest. In some cases there may be pain or lameness. Lameness disappears when the area is injected with local anesthetic. Dx by contrast radiography. |
