| 英文描述 | Aneurysms of the aortic arch are very rare in domestic animals. Horses with this lesion can have signs of congestive heart failure. Diagnosis would be made by angiography but this is impractical in the adult horse. Echocardiogrophy has been used for diagnosis of this lesion. |
