| 英文描述 | In this rare disease of horses there can be systemic signs and/or dermatitis, usually limited to the head and neck. The antinuclear antibody and lupus erythematus cell tests are negative. Skin biopsy shows interface dermatitis, and direct immunofluorescence shows deposition of immunoglobulin or complement or both at the basement membrane zone. In mild cases avoidance of sunlight and topical sunscreens and glucocorticoids may control the disease. |
