| 英文描述 | A horse had an acute onset of ulcerative dermatosis of the lower limbs, with oral ulcers and petechiae. Granulation tissue developed over some affected areas. There was concurrent thrombocytopenia. Microscopic examination of skin lesions showed necrotizing vasculitis, and immunofluorescence showed immunoglobulin deposits in the endothelium of arterioles. |
