| 英文描述 | A case of intermittent seizures associated with hypoglycemia was reported in a pony. Blood glucose levels post-feeding were decreased and serum insulin levels were increased during an oral glucose tolerance test and intravenous glucagon tolerance test. At necropsy there was a pancreatic islet cell adenoma and islet cell hyperplasia. |
