| 中文描述 | 馬在運動後產生強烈的搔癢症。由皮膚生檢的組織檢查，表面有輕微到中度的嗜伊紅性皮膚炎，但沒有麻疹的損傷。診斷是膽鹼或熱反射造成的蕁麻疹(Logas et al.)。再人類也有類似的症狀，治療是用抗組織胺，但在馬尚未試驗過此療法。只要此馬被騎乘時，牠就會覺得不舒服。 |
| 英文描述 | A horse developed intense pruritus only after exercise. There was mild to moderate superficial eosinophilic dermatitis on histologic examination of a skin biopsy, but no urticarial lesions were observed grossly. A diagnosis of cholinergic or heat-reflex urticaria was made (Logas et al.). A similar condition in humans is treated using antihistamines, but these were not tried in this horse. The horse remained comfortable as long as it was not ridden. |
