| 中文描述 | 馬匹有蹠骨的脫手套式傷害會造成有跛行的現象。在休息的時候會有疼痛的現象，並且在注射isoxsuprine後會有所改善。若試著阻斷脛、腓骨神經會對跛行的現象有所改善，然而阻斷軸外種子股神經卻沒有這般效果。在麻醉的時候測量馬匹的骨內壓會發現有上升的現象，在外科手術中，會鑽孔進入緻密骨內，待測量完骨內壓後，此馬匹沒有跛行了。所以可以確診，馬跛行的原因為高骨內壓所造成的。 |

| 英文描述 | A horse with a degloving skin lesion of the metatarsus developed lameness. There were signs of pain at rest and administration of isoxsuprine was followed by improvement. A peroneal and tibial nerve block improved the lameness after an abaxial sesamoid nerve block had not done so. Intraosseous pressure was measured under general anesthesia and was found to be elevated; the horse was not lame after the surgery to measure pressure, which involved drilling into the metaphysis. A diagnosis of acute lameness due to high intraosseous pressure was made. |
