| 英文描述 | Systemic lupus erythematosis is a multisystemic disorder associated with production of autoantibodies that are reactive with nuclear, cytoplasmic, and cell membrane antigens (Geor et al.). Syndromes with and without signs of skin disease have been reported in horses with SLE. A positive antinuclear antibody test in association with clinical and histopatholgic findings are used for diagnosis. |
