| 英文描述 | Pancreatic neoplasia is very rare in horses, but cases of pancreatic adenocarcinoma associated with clinical signs have been reported. In the two cases described in detail there was neutrophilia, hypoalbuminemia, elevation in gamma-glutamyl transferase, and elevation in blood ammonia. Ante-mortem diagnosis is difficult. A starch digestive absorption test has been described, but this test is not accurate when there is concurrent glucose malabsorption. |
