| 中文描述 | 淋巴微管擴大是一種蛋白質流失的腸炎，此腸炎是因腸淋巴的排放被擾亂，造成富含蛋白質的淋巴液流入腸腔中(Milne et al.)。一有週期性下痢病史、生體狀況不佳的馬，有血蛋白過低、及不正常的葡萄糖吸收曲線。屍檢時，肉眼可見有廣泛的淋巴微管擴大，而組織學上，可見固有層的乳糜管擴張。病因未知。 |
| 英文描述 | Lymphangectasia is a protein-losing entropathy in which disturbance of intestinal lymphatic drainage results in loss of protein-rich lymph into the intestinal lumen (Milne et al.). A horse with a history of intermittent diarrhea and poor body condition had hypoproteinemia and an abnormal glucose absorption curve. At necropsy there was extensive lymphangectasia visible grossly, and on histology dilated lacteals were present in the lamina propria. The cause was unknown. |
