| 英文描述 | A horse with a history of intermittent epistaxis, petechiae and ecchymoses had normal activated partial thromboplastin time, one-stage prothrombin time, plasma fibrinogen, and platelet count. Platelets failed to aggregate with serotonin, adenosine diphosphate, collagen (at 20ug/ml), or the endoperoxidase analogue. The horse was diagnosed as having a thrombasthenia-like syndrome. Dx by analysis of platelet function. |
