| 英文描述 | Overtraining has been defined as an accumulation of training or non-training stress resulting in long-term decrement in performance capacity with or without related physiological and psychological symptoms. This diagnosis has been applied to horses that become 'stale', don't recover from exercise or perform below a previous standard following extensive training. There is an imbalance between training and recovery. Dx by exclusion of other causes. |
