| 英文描述 | Shivering is a syndrome that has been described in horses. When the hind leg is moved it is held semi-flexed and abducted, and the limb and tail shake. The limb eventually is brought to the ground when the trembling decreases. The forelegs are less commonly affected. Signs worse when the horse is backed, and the horse may hop when forced to back. This might be a metabolic myopathy resulting in muscle weakness and cramping. |
