| 英文描述 | Horses, particularly those kept on wet surfaces, can develop a syndrome of moist dermatitis in the caudal pastern area called 'greasy heel'; the excoriations on the back of the pastern in the early stages of this disease are often called 'scratches'.' There can be secondary lameness. The terms greasy heel and scratches are nonspecific, and causes of this syndrome include Staphylococcus, Dermatophilosis, Dermatophytosis, Horsepox, Chorioptic mange, Trombiculidiasis, Contact dermatitis, Contact hypersensitivity, Photosensitization, Vasculitis, and Pemphigus foliaceus. |
