| 英文描述 | Unilateral papular dermatosis is an idiopathic dermatosis of horses characterized by papular lesions that are limited to one side of the body. Eosinophils are the predominant cell type in affected hair follicles. Previously thought limited to Quarter horses, it has now been seen in other breeds. Papules are mainly on the neck and trunk. Dx by ruling out other causes. Spontaneous remission usually occurs within weeks or months of diagnosis, although relapses may occur on the same or opposite side of the body. |
