| 英文描述 | An epizootic of acute and chronic cystitis was seen in horses in Australia from 1963-64. Over 200 horses were destroyed or died with the disease, with later deaths due to the debilitated condition of the horses. There were signs of both acute and chronic cystitis at necropsy, and some horses showed lung and liver lesions. The cause was unknown, but plant or fungal poisoning was suspected. In some cases large amounts of whole blood were passed in the urine. |
