| 英文描述 | Desmitis of the accessory ligament of the deep digital flexor tendon caused lameness. The onset of lameness was usually sudden; in most affected horses there was pain and swelling over the accessory ligament (also known as the subcarpal or inferior check ligament). There was ultrasonographic evidence of desmitis. Local analgesia can be used to help confirm the diagnosis. |
