| 英文描述 | Dx by endoscopy. Asymmetry of rima glottidis, partial or complete inability to abduct the cartilage, and axial displacement of the involved arytenoids. Focal elevated lesions of the cartilage may produce contact lesions on the contralateral cartilage. These focal elevations are characteristic of the disease on endoscopy. May be unilateral or bilateral. In long term cases there may be mineralization of the laryngeal cartilages, which is visible using radiography. |
