| 英文描述 | Neuronal ceroid lipofuscinosis is characterized by the accumulation of autofluorescent ceroid pigment within lysosomes. Progressive neurologic deficits, sometimes accompanied by visual failure, were described in horses with neuronal ceroid lipofuscinosis. Developmental retardation beginning at about 6 months of age was followed by neurologic signs at about 1 year of age. |
