| 英文描述 | Gastric dilation may be primary and idiopathic, or secondary to problems such as grain overload, intestinal obstruction or volvulus, abdominal abscess, enteritis, or primary ileus. Diagnosis is supported by reflux from a stomach tube. Treatment was described by Doran. Gastric rupture can follow gastric dilation. Following rupture, a peritoneal tap may yield gastric contents. Dx by tap, surgery or necropsy. Sudden death may occur, or there may be temporary relief from the colic after the stomach ruptures. |
