| 英文描述 | Signs may be asymmetric. Usually due to gram positive such as STREPTOCOCCUS, but other organisms have been isolated including BRUCELLA and MYCOBACTERIUM in rare cases. CSF is usually normal as the lesions are most commonly epidural. Dx by signs, radiography or necropsy. Lesions affecting the vertebral bodies and associated intervertebral disk are known as diskospondylitis. |
