| 英文描述 | Horses sometimes develop papular to nodular skin lesions called pseudolymphomas. They probably arise from a chronic antigenic stimulus such as insect bites or drug reaction. They are usually seen in late summer or fall, are normally solitary and are most frequently found on the head or trunk. Histology shows dense dermal, and occasionally subcutaneous, inflammatory infiltrate consisting of lymphocytes, histiocytes, plasma cells, and eosinophils, with lymphoid nodules present. |
