| 英文描述 | Tuberculosis, infection with MYCOBACTERIUM, is very rare in horses. Can be generalized, but is often limited to the alimentary tract and abdomen. Dx by isolation of the organism or necropsy. Many false positive reactions make the intradermal test of limited value in horses; only reliable if negative. Bovine, avian and human strains have been isolated. |
