| 英文描述 | Overdosage of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory agents has caused signs of toxicity in horses and ponies. In severe cases BUN rose, and there was hypoproteinemia. Oral ulcers were a prominent sign. Chronic administration of high doses can lead to gastrointestinal ulcers, and in dehydrated horses is associated with development of renal medullary crest necrosis. A syndrome of right dorsal colitis with acute signs or chronic signs including mild intermittent colic up to several months in duration and weight loss with or without diarrhea has also been associated with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug administration to horses. |
