| 英文描述 | Myelodysplastic syndromes are characterized by peripheral cytopenias, dysplastic changes in erythroid, myeloid and/or megakeryocytic cell lines, and an increased number of immature hematopoetic cell lines in the bone marrow, without sufficient numbers of blast cells to be termed an acute myeloid leukemia (Durando et al.). This syndrome was diagnosed in a horse with severe pancytopenia and an abnormal bone marrow (Durando et al.). |
