| 英文描述 | A nasopharyngeal cicatrix in a horse is a restrictive web of tissue in the nasopharynx that causes various degrees of stenosis. There is usually no effect on respiration, but can be so extensive that respiration is impaired. Airway obstruction associated with this condition is usually due to chondropathy of the arytenoid cartilages. Dx by endoscopy. |
