| 中文描述 | 前列腺腫瘤很少出現在年紀較大的狗身上.此種病很難與其他臨床上前列腺的疾病作區分.時常可以看到伴隨著良性增生.很多臨床上的跡象可能會被視為腫瘤的轉移.診斷藉由症狀,檢查,放射學檢驗,前列腺和腸骨淋巴結的切片檢驗法,以及超音波的診斷.狗的前列腺腫瘤通常是惡性的,前列腺癌是最常見的.但是平滑肌肉瘤,淋巴瘤,血管瘤,鱗狀細胞瘤也是有出現過的.但是前列腺腫瘤在貓的身上是很少出現的. |

| 英文描述 | Prostatic neoplasia occurs rarely in older dogs. Difficult to differentiate clinically from other prostatic diseases. Often seen concurrent with benign hyperplasia. Many of the clinical signs may be referable to metastasis of the neoplasm. Dx by signs, exam, radiology, biopsy of prostate and iliac lymph nodes, ultrasonography. Canine prostatic neoplasms are generally malignant. Adenocarcinoma is most common, but leiomyosarcoma, lymphoma, hemangiosarcoma, and squamous cell carcinoma have been reported. Prostatic neoplasia is rare in cats. |
