| 中文描述 | 這是一種基本的食道運動不正常導致食道能動力過低。遺傳先天型的可在斷奶後發現。後天型的則可能發生在任何年齡，可和病毒性腦炎、鉛中毒、重症肌無力、免疫性多發性神經炎、全身性紅斑狼瘡、多發性肌肉炎、甲狀腺機能退化、腎上腺皮質腺退化、肌強直、創傷、壁蝨性麻痺、病毒性神經病以及其他起因有關。通常會發生次級肺炎。 |
| 英文描述 | This disease is felt to be a primary esophageal motor disorder resulting in esophageal hypomotility. The congenital form is noticed after weaning and is hereditary. Onset of the acquired form may be at any age. Has been associated with viral encephalitis, lead poisoning, myasthenia gravis, immune mediated polyneuritis, SLE, polymyositis, hypothyroidism, hypoadrenocorticism, myotonia, trauma, tick paralysis, various neuropathies and many other causes. There is often secondary pneumonia. |
