| 中文描述 | 這是個惡性的血管腫瘤起源於內皮細胞,在上了年紀的狗身上很常見.很少在貓身上出現,沒有品種有這種傾向.初級的腫瘤會常看到發生的地方是在脾臟,右心房和皮膚及皮下的位置.大型狗如,德國狼犬,拳師狗.在中老年的公狗會有發生此病的危險.由於腫瘤的破裂出血常常導致昏迷甚至是突然的死亡,或是持續的昏睡以及體重的減輕.病症的變化很大端看腫瘤的位置來決定.皮膚上的腫瘤常會造成表皮上的腫塊並且形成潰爛.骨骼形式的腫瘤常會造成區域性的腫脹,跛行還有疼痛.心包膜充血很常會出現.與中樞神經系統可能有所關聯. |

| 英文描述 | This is a malignant vascular neoplasm of endothelial origin, common in aged dogs. Rare in cats, with no breed predispositions. Origin of primary tumors is most frequent in the spleen, right atrium, and cutaneous/subcuticular sites. Large breed dogs, esp. German Shepherds and Boxers, and middle or old aged males are at risk. Commonly presents as collapse and sudden death due to hemorrhage from tumor rupture, or progressive lethargy and weight loss. Signs vary greatly depending on tumor location. Skin form usually has superficial masses that may ulcerate. Skeletal form may have local swelling, lameness and pain. Hemopericardium is common. CNS involvement was reported. |
