| 英文描述 | Antiplatelet antibody, usually IgG, can coat platelets leading to their rapid removal by the reticuloendothelial system. May be primary or secondary to drugs, infections, malignancies, or in association with other immune diseases; the combination of immune-mediated hemolytic anemia and immune-mediated thrombocytopenia is sometimes referred to as Evans' Syndrome. Bleeding disorders often apparent when there are less than 30,000 platelets/ul. Rare in cats. |
