| 英文描述 | Both primary and metastatic tumors of the bladder occur in dogs and rarely in cats. Metastatic neoplasia is rare, but some of the signs listed below are due to metastases. Differentiation of the numerous tumor types requires histopathology. Has been associated with hypertrophic pulmonary osteoarthropathy. Dx is by contrast radiology, and exploratory surgery with biopsy. Systemic signs seen if urine flow at the trigone is obstructed. Hematuria is the most common sign. Tumor cells may be present in the urine. |
