| 英文描述 | Rheumatoid arthritis is a specific disease entity characterized by severe progressive polyarthritis. The cause is unknown. Dx by finding 7 of the 11 following criteria. 1. Stiffness after rest. 2. Pain on joint motion. 3. Swelling of at least one joint. 4. Swelling of at least one other joint. 5. Symmetrical joint swelling. 6. Subcutaneous nodules. 7. Erosive radiographic changes. 8. Positive rheumatoid factor test. 9. Typical synovial fluid characteristics (poor mucin clot, increased white cells, mainly polymorphs). 10. Characteristic histologic changes in the synovium. 11. Characteristic histologic changes in the nodules. |
