| 英文描述 | Liver fibrosis of unknown cause occurs in cats and dogs, may be the end result of several pathologic processes, and sometimes is the cause of clinical signs. In some cases there is vomiting and increased thirst along with liver enlargement, and in rare cases there are signs of renal disease in the cat or encephalopathy in the dog. In the dog there are generally erythrocyte microcytosis, hypoproteinemia, elevated serum alkaline phosphatase, elevated serum bile acids, and increased fasting blood ammonia. Dx by hepatic biopsy. |
