| 英文描述 | Canine hepatic tumors include hepatocellular adenoma, hepatocellular carcinoma, bile duct carcinoma, bile duct adenoma, hepatoblastoma, and hepatic carcinoid. There are usually no clinical signs until the disease is well advanced but early neurologic signs due to hypoglycemia have been seen in rare cases. Serum alkaline phosphatase, alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase are elevated in most cases. There might be caudal and lateral displacement of the stomach on radiography. |
